SYR Diaphragm Safety Valve 2115 10 bar, 1 raw, component tested

The diaphragm safety valve 2115 serves to protect pressurized liquid systems against overpressure in closed domestic hot water heaters (DHW) in accordance with DIN 1988, Part 200 and 4753, Part 1 and TRD 721. The connection size must be determined according to the heating capacity of the heat generator to be protected, as per the table. Additionally, the diaphragm safety valve 2115 can be used to protect systems according to AD-Merkblatt A2 with media according to the specified specification. The blow-off capacity can be replaced by the values listed in the table. The set pressure of the safety valve, marked on the black seal disc pressed into the lifting handle of the valve, must be selected such that the inlet pressure is at least 20% below the maximum permissible operating pressure of the system to be protected. The diaphragm safety valve 2115 is designed with a pre-connected seat seal separated from the diaphragm. It can be opened via the rotary handle.
