According to DIN EN 806-2 in conjunction with DIN 1988-200, a pressure reducer protects the drinking water installation from excessive supply pressure. In addition, the pressure reducer can be used for commercial and industrial purposes, taking into account its specifications.
By using a pressure reducer, pressure damage to components of the drinking water installation is avoided. The pressure reduction lowers water consumption and the associated energy costs. The set pressure is kept constant even with heavily fluctuating inlet pressure by the pressure-balanced valve insert. By reducing and maintaining a constant operating pressure, disruptive flow noises within the installation are minimized.
Features:
• Lead-free: Lead content of all media-contacting materials less than 0.1%
• Inlet pressure compensation - fluctuating inlet pressure has no influence on the outlet pressure and thus on the use of the drinking water installation
• Sound insulation tested up to 1 1/4
