The hose-in-hose system reliably protects against water damage in case of a burst or leak in the inlet hose. The outer protective casing collects escaping water and triggers the shut-off valve. This safety inlet hose is suitable for washing machines, dishwashers, and other household appliances connected to the water supply. It is triggered by a water-reactive sponge cartridge, with valve blockage by magnets and a visual indicator when triggered, and a 3/4 union nut secured against accidental unscrewing. Advantage over conventional water stops: also reacts to small amounts of escaping water. - Suitable for operating pressures up to max. 10 bar at 20 C - Suitable for temperature range up to max. + 90 C. - Tested and approved according to DIN VDE.
