COMFORT System Separator STBA 400 DN 15 (1/2) Tap valve + shut-off

The comfort system disconnector BA STBA 400 is a compact safety device according to DIN EN 1717, group B, with controlled separation (three-chamber system). It corresponds to the installation type BA defined therein and can therefore be used for protection up to and including fluid category 4. Its purpose is to prevent non-potable water from being sucked back or flowing back into the public potable water network. The BA STBA 400 system disconnector is an outlet valve with a hose connection and covers a variety of applications (e.g. chemical cleaning apparatus, irrigation systems, high-pressure cleaners, construction and agriculture, potable water supply for non-permanent installations, non-potable water and fire-fighting water supply) as well as the filling of heating systems.\nThe BA STBA 400 system disconnector includes all components specified in DIN EN 1717 and is designed as a 3-chamber system with controllable upstream, medium, and downstream pressure zones. In addition, it is equipped with an integrated dirt trap. Each pressure zone can be fitted with test valves, thus allowing the safety devices to be checked by pressure measurement. The system disconnector consists of 2 non-return valves (RV) connected in series, which are equipped with a ventilatable central zone. If no water is drawn, the inlet and outlet side RVs, as well as the drain valve, are closed. In case of back-suction, the inlet pressure drops.
