Safety group 25, DN 20 provides optimal protection against overpressure in closed domestic hot water heaters (DHW), in accordance with DIN 1988 and DIN 4753, Part 1. It meets the sound insulation requirements of sound insulation class 1 according to DIN 4109 (Sound insulation in buildings) and contains, in a compact form, all components prescribed by DIN 1988 for equipping DHWs. The safety valve protects the downstream DHW, and the backflow preventer prevents the backflow of heated drinking water. In addition, a pressure reducer is installed upstream, which regulates the required system pressure.
Safety group 25.2 consists of a pressure reducer, shut-off valves on the inlet and outlet sides, a backflow preventer with a test device, a pressure gauge connection and a diaphragm safety valve, as well as a discharge funnel. The easily replaceable diaphragm safety valve with wear-resistant stainless steel seat can be rotated 360 degrees via a screwed connection to adapt to different installation conditions. Screwed connections with R ¾.
