The Safety Group 25 DN 20 A25 6 bar Lead Free serves to optimally protect against overpressure in closed domestic hot water heaters (DHW), in accordance with DIN 1988 and DIN 4753, Part 1. It meets the sound insulation requirements of DIN 4109 (Sound Insulation in Buildings) Class 1 and contains in compact form all components required by DIN 1988 for equipping DHW heaters. The safety valve protects the downstream DHW heater, and the backflow preventer prevents the backflow of heated drinking water. In addition, a pressure reducer is installed upstream, which regulates the required system pressure. The Safety Group 25 DN 20 A25 consists of a pressure reducer, double shut-off valve, backflow preventer with test device, pressure gauge connection and diaphragm safety valve, as well as an extendable discharge funnel. The housing is made of lead-free brass, and the valve cap is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The easily replaceable diaphragm safety valve with wear-resistant stainless steel seat can be rotated 360 degrees by means of a screw connection to adapt to different installation conditions.
