The pressure reducing valve No. 315 AB ¾ A25 1.5 - 6 bar Lead Free is primarily used in drinking water supply systems according to DIN 1988. Given its specifications, it also protects industrial and commercial installations from excessive supply pressure. The 315 AB pressure reducing valve protects water supply systems and effectively prevents damage that can arise from pressure increases by balancing and optimizing fluctuating inlet pressures. Furthermore, it economically and environmentally friendly reduces water consumption. The 315 AB A25 model meets the sound insulation requirements of DIN 4109 (Sound insulation in building construction) Class 1 without restrictions. The 315 AB A25 pressure reducing valve is identical in construction to the D06F and is equipped with a vertical, rotatable outlet pressure gauge that displays the set pressure. This eliminates the need for an additional manometer. The spring cap is rotatable by 360 degrees, ensuring the pressure display is always visible. The 315 AB pressure reducing valve complies with DIN EN 1567 and meets DVGW requirements from DN 15 to DN 50. It is sound-tested according to Class 1. The 315 AB A25 pressure reducing valve is equipped with a balanced single-seat valve and a coaxially arranged dirt trap (mesh size: 0.25 mm). The housing is made of lead-free brass, and the cap is made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic. The functional components of the system are arranged in a cartridge, which can be completely replaced without removing the fitting or using special tools, and without altering the outlet pressure. The special cartridge design allows for any installation position. DN 20, G ¾. Technical data: Max. inlet pressure: 16 bar Outlet pressure: 1.5 - 6 bar (factory setting: 4 bar) Max. operating temperature: 30 °C Installation position: any Flow rate: 2.3 m³/h at Δp 1.1 bar Medium: Water, compressed air, neutral, non-adhesive liquids, neutral gases
