Then turn it back half a turn so that no filling material escapes. Now clamp the filling valve to the expansion tank. The pressure gauge on the connection adapter will now show you the exact pressure.

If the pressure is too low, add filling material to the tank by operating the ball valve. For larger quantities, interrupt the filling process intermittently and check the pressure.

After refilling, first close the valve on the screw thread by turning it back, then unclamp the filling valve from the vessel and unscrew the connection adapter from the can to avoid damage to the valve during transport.
